Summer Reed - Owner / Lead Instructor

A heart-warming visionary in her industry, Summer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the studio. She is a Romana’s Pilates Certified instructor, training for 2 years and teaching for another 5 under the mentorship of world-renowned instructors, Sari Mejia Santo, Cynthia Shipley, and Jerome Weinberg.

Summer is passionate about her clients, and strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment. She believes that all sessions should be a collaboration between teacher and client, leaving no stone unturned as she works to help them achieve their goals.

Natalie Chen - Instructor

Natalie holds a 600+ hour certification from Real Pilates in NYC and eagerly continues her education at LAB Pilates every week. Before teaching Pilates, she spent time in both corporate and start-up environments, so she knows first hand the toll sitting at a desk can take on your body. She’s passionate about helping her clients ease those aches and pains, and is all about creating thoughtful, challenging workouts that leave them feeling energized and rejuvenated.
